Andrew Frerking brings 8 years of experience to Georgia Advisory Group as a dedicated Financial Advisor, helping clients steward their resources through trusted guidance & personalized strategies.
Previously, he worked as a Financial Advisor at Thrivent Financial, here in the Atlanta area. At Georgia Advisory Group, Andrew specializes in wealth management, tax-efficient investment strategies, & risk management, all while working to create a different experience for his clients than they have previously come to expect from financial advisors.
His primary goal for each client, is for them to know that they have a source of trusted financial guidance, that helps them think through strategies in all aspects of their financial life, & gain a clear of understanding of their financial picture. As Andrew says frequently: “this relationship is built on trust & confidence, not a transaction or nice sales pitch.”
He believes it is a great honor whenever clients trust him for their financial well-being.
Andrew primarily serves high-net worth families preparing for retirement, young executives, and small-business owners across multiple industries. As a coach himself, he is passionate about ensuring clients understand their finances better than they ever have, and are constantly being pushed with a forward-looking mentality to capitalize on strategies available to them. His client-first approach & industry knowledge make him a valued partner in navigating complex financial landscapes.
Andrew holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as being a licensed insurance professional. He graduated in December 2014 from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance. While at Baylor, Andrew played QB on the Baylor Bears football team for 4 years, and was a part of the Big 12 Championship teams in 2013 & 2014.
Andrew is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He has also coached QBs on the Varsity Football staff for 9 years at his alma mater, Wesleyan School in Peachtree Corners. A native of Johns Creek, he & his 3 siblings all played college sports at the D1 level. He has also served in various roles on the council for 10 years at Living Faith Lutheran Church in Cumming.
